| 摘 要： | 特需保健服务具有广泛的需求，其面向社会多阶层群体，符合卫生工作为大多数人服务的方向。通过对１２８８２名特需服务供需双方人员的调查，提出对策和建议：特需服务必须有领导，有组织地进行，处理好与基本医疗的关系。对特需困正确引导，可以趋利除弊，有利于特需医疗保健服务这一改革举措施正常运行，健康发展。

| Abstract: | Wide - ranging special and individualized gealth services were found, through questionaire of 12, 882 consumers and providers of the services, to be needed widely among multi - layered social masses;and should be further developed in a guided and well -organized way, so as to promote what is advantageous and avoid what is undesirable, as well as to correctly handle the relations with basic medical services. |
