| Abstract: | In 1990,two groups in Hartford and Cambridge, working independently encoded the same BMP-7 cDNA sequence. As a member of BMPs, BMP-7 have been shown to be a osteogenetic factor which have high biological activity in the inducing bone formation. With going deep into the research,the application prospect is becoming broader. It is possible that BMP-7 will play an important role in the treatment of many bone diseases. The following is the overview of osteogenesis function of the rhBMP-7. |
