孕妇体重增加与孕期血糖异常的相关性研究

目的探讨孕妇体重增加幅度与孕期血糖异常的相关性。方法选择系统产前检查单胎产妇2058例,按孕前体重指数(BMI)、整个孕期BMI的增幅、孕期体重增长绝对值不同指标分组,监测全部观察对象孕早期空腹血糖、孕中期糖筛查(GCT)、血糖异常者的糖耐量(OGTT)。统计孕前BMI、孕期BMI增加幅度、体重增加绝对值与孕期血糖异常的关系。结果孕前BMI超重或肥胖、孕期BMI增幅过多、体重绝对值增幅过多者血糖异常比例高于正常孕妇。结论应控制孕前超重或肥胖、孕期BMI增加过多、体重绝对值增加过这几项指标。

The Relation Between The Weight Gain And The Abnormal Plasma Glucose In Pregnant Women

Objective To investigate the relation between the abnormal plasma glucose and the weight gain in pregnant women. Methods Two thousands and fifty-eight cases was grouped by different ways: for body mass index (BMI) before pregnancy, for increasing of BMI, for increasing of body weight during pregnancy. Check fasting plasma glucose during the first trimester of pregnancy and GCT, OGTT during the second trimester of pregnancy. Analyze the relation between the abnormal plasma glucose and the weight gain in pregnant women. Results Overweight and obesity before pregnancy, more increasing BMI and body weight during pregnancy facilitate the increasing of plasma glucose, lead to gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Conclusion Overweight and obesity before pregnancy, more increasing BMI and body weight during pregnancy should be mastered to decrease the high risk of pregnancy.
