正视高压氧医学教育的迫切性

文章以北京地区为例,透视目前高压氧医学教育的特点和发展优势,通过调研本地区高等医学教育体系中高压氧医学教育现状,相关文献研究,资源优势,分析存在的问题,提出教育策略。本研究提示本科教育阶段,缺乏系统的高压氧医学教材与授课学时,从医学理论层面,毕业生很难真正了解和把握该学科的内容及动态。研究生教育阶段,对学科理解的误区,造成部分人才流失;缺乏大量研究基金支持,难以展开更深层次的研究。继续教育培训及社会宣教方面,形式单调,缺少规模,无法达到预期的影响效果。因此,高等医学教育体系中迫切需要高压氧医学教育,应依托我国高压氧医学的优势探索完整教育体系。

Facing up to the Urgency of Hyperbaric Oxygen Medicine Education

Taking Beijing area as example,we observed current characteristic and development advantages of hyperbaric oxygen medicine education for promoting the rapid development of it.Methods This paper had a survey on current situation of hyperbaric oxygen medicine education,related documental research and resource advantage in higher medicine education,analyzed the existing problems and put forward education strategies.Results During the undergraduate education,it lacks of systematic textbooks and teaching hours of hyperbaric oxygen medicine.On the basis of medical theories,it is not easy for the graduates to understand and grasp of the content and dynamic of hyperbaric oxygen medicine.For the stage of postgraduate education,it causes part of talent loss for the misunderstanding of subject understanding;it lacks of a great deal of research fund support which is difficult to conduct deeper research on the subject of the misunderstanding.Continuing education training,social education training and monotonous form lacking of scale can not achieve the desired effect.Conclusion In higher medical education system,it urgent needs hyperbaric oxygen medicine education that should explore a series of complete education system relying on the advantages of hyperbaric oxygen medicine in China.
