润燥止痒胶囊结合中药冷敷治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床研究

目的评价润燥止痒胶囊联合中药冷敷治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效,并分析疾病对患者生活质量的影响,及治疗对患者生活质量的改善情况。方法将116例入选患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服润燥止痒胶囊每次4粒,3次/d,同时取中药煎水做面部冷湿敷;对照组口服左西替利嗪分散片5mg,1次/d,用生理盐水冷湿敷面部;连续治疗4周后进行疗效判定并做统计学处理。在治疗前及每周治疗结束后分别采用皮肤病生活质量指数量表对患者进行生活质量评价。结果治疗组有效率为81.03%,显著高于对照组的41.38%(P<0.01);治疗组总体生活质量评分及在症状和(或)感觉、休闲活动、工作和(或)学习、人际关系、日常活动、治疗对日常生活的影响方面的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量评分与临床评分呈明显相关性(P<0.01)。结论面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎严重影响了患者的生活质量,润燥止痒胶囊联合中药冷敷不仅有效改善患者的临床症状,而且极大提高了患者的生活质量。

The impact of Run Zao Zhi Yang Capsule Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Cold Compress on Health-related Quality of Life of Patients with Glucocorticosteroid Induced Facial Dermatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of run zao zhi yang capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine cold compress in the treatment of glucocorticosteroid induced facial dermatitis and analysis it’s effect in improving the quality of life(QOL).Methods 116 patients were randomly assigned into two groups.The patients in treatment group were treated with run zao zhi yang capsule and traditional Chinese medicine cold compress,while the control group were treated with levocetirizine.Quality of life was assessed with the dermatology life quality index(DLQI) questionnaire.Results The effective rates of the treatment and control group were 81.03% and 41.38% with significant difference(P <0.01).The treatment group demonstrated significant improvement of QOL score compared to control group in symptoms and feelings,leisure,work and school,interpersonal relationship,daily activities,treatment and total QOL score(P <0.05).By pearson correlation analysis,the QOL and symptom score were demonstrated to be correlated(P <0.01).Conclusions This study suggests glucocorticosteroid induced facial dermatitis patients can be affected both psychologically and socially.Run zao zhi yang capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine cold compress could be considered as an effective treatment and accordingly contributed to a significant improvement in the QOL of patients with glucocorticosteroid induced facial dermatitis.
