脱水疗法配合推拿穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的:探讨脱水疗法配合推拿穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将118例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,每组59例。治疗组用20%甘露醇250mL或20%甘露醇250mL及七叶皂甙钠20mg+5%糖盐250mL静滴7d;脱水3d后以盐酸利多卡因2~3mL、维生素B12500mg穴位注射;脱水7d后行手法推拿。对照组常规用腰椎牵引和手法推拿。结果:3周后两组比较,治疗组治愈率47.4%,总有效率98.3%;对照组治愈率18.6%,总有效率76.2%,两组经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:脱水疗法配合推拿穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于常规腰椎牵引和手法推拿,是一种较安全、有效的方法之一,值得临床上应用。

Clinical Study of Therapy of Dehydration Combined with Massage and Acupoint- injection for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of therapy of dehydration combined with massage and acupoint-injection for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods: 118 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,59 cases in each group.The treated group was given 250mL 20% mannitol injection or aescine 20mg added in 250mL 5% glucose-saline additionally intravenous drip for seven days,then acupoint-injection with hydrochloric lidocaine 2～3mL and vitamin B_(12) 500mg three days after dehydration,and massage seven days after dehydration.The control group was treated by traditional lumbar traction combined with massage.Results: After three weeks' therapy,the cure ratio of the treated group was 47.4%,and gross efficient ratio was 98.3%;while the cure rate of the control group was 18.6%,gross efficient ratio 76.2%;there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of dehydration combined with massage and acupoint-injection on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is one of the safe,effective methods,which is superior to lumbar traction combined with massage,and deserving application on clinic.
