颜德馨教授治疗前列腺肥大经验

颜德馨教授治疗前列腺肥大重视恢复三焦气化功能，常用温肾化气，升清降浊，宣畅肺气三法，同时认为，本病常有水湿与瘀血的停滞，故情利湿热，化瘀软坚之祛邪利窍法亦为颜教授所习用，而在患者突然小便点滴不通紧急之时，则常配合外治疗法，可收“急则治标”之效。

Prof. Yan emphasized recovery of gi activity of triple - jiao in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia and kidney-warming to activate gi, lucidity - ascending and turbidity - decend-ing and lung - gi - releasing were the therapeatical principles usu-ally applied. He also considered that the disease often accompanied with stagnation of damp and blood, so that clearing damp - heat, re-moving blood - stasis and softening mass were used conventional-ly.
