中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎

目的:探讨更有效治疗重症急性胰腺炎的方法.方法:将137例患者随机分为2组,对照组采用单纯西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合方法治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:治疗组死亡率、并发症发生率、手术率均低于对照组,治愈率高于对照组,住院时间、肠功能恢复时间均明显短于对照组.结论:中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎尤其是全疗程中西医结合能显著降低患者病死率和并发症发生率,缩短住院时间和肠功能恢复时间,提高治愈率.

Clinical Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To explore more effective methods for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods One hundred and thirty seven patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups:western medicine treatment(control group) and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine integrated treatment group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The morbidity, mortality, ratio of operation in the integrated treatment group had a higher curative rate and a shorter time of hospitalization and of restored enteric function as compared with the control group. Conclusion Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, especially during the complete course of treatment can significantly decrease the mortality and morbidity,shorten the hospitalization time and time of restored enteric function, thus improving the therapeutic results.
