喉鳞癌患者凝血功能与肿瘤复发的关系

目的：探讨喉鳞癌患者凝血功能状态与肿瘤术后复发的关系。方法：选取65例喉良性疾病患者（对照组）和155例喉鳞癌患者（试验组）为研究对象,分析血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维蛋白原（Fib）在两组间的差异及其与喉鳞癌术后复发的关系。结果：试验组血浆APTT比对照组显著缩短（P〈0.05）,其中复发组比未复发组显著缩短（P〈0.05）;试验组血浆Fib显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,复发组较未复发组显著升高（P〈0.05）;PT及TT在各组间无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：喉鳞癌患者血液呈高凝状态,血浆APTT及Fib可能对喉鳞癌术后复发的监测有重要参考价值。

Blood coagulation state correlates with tumor recurrence of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective：To explore the variation of the coagulation indexes in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma（LSCC） and the correlation with tumor recurrence in patients with LSCC.Methods：The indexes of prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,thrombin time（TT） and fibrinogen（Fib） were detected by using automatic blood coagulation testing machine in 65 patients with laryngeal benign disease（control group） and 155 patients with LSCC（test group）.The data were analysed by SPSS 11.0.Results：The index of APTT in test group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.In patients with LSCC,there was a significance between the patients with tumor recurrence and those without（P〈0.05）.The index of Fib in test group was longer than that in control group（P〈0.05）,and its level was increased in patients with tumor recurrence compared to those without（P〈0.05）.However,PT and TT were not statistically different among 2 groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The patients with LSCC are in the hypercoagulable state.Fib and APTT may be the useful indexes for clinical monitoring of tumor recurrence in patients with LSCC.
