禹州市居民损伤和中毒死因流行病学分析

目的 探讨影响居民损伤与中毒死亡的各种因素和死亡规律,为制定保护居民身体健康、预防和减少居民损伤与中毒死亡发生的措施提供客观依据.方法 死因分类按国际疾病分类法(ICD-9)标准进行,统计分析软件采用SAS 6.12.结果 损伤和中毒是15～44岁年龄组的首位死因,其死亡构成比占整个年龄组死亡人数的47.02%;1994～2003年前5位损伤和中毒死因顺次为:交通事故(死亡率27.35/10万),构成比44.78%);自杀(死亡率10.95/10万,构成比17.93%);中毒(死亡率4.22/10万,构成比6.84%);溺水(死亡率4.12/10万,构成比6.75%);砸死(死亡率3.82/10万,构成比6.26%);男性以交通事故为首位死因,死亡率22.55/10万;女性则以自杀的死亡率最高,死亡率12.61/10万.交通事故和自杀占全部损伤与中毒死因的62.71%,是造成损伤与中毒死亡率居高不下的主要因素.结论 损伤和中毒是青壮年保健不容忽视的问题,交通事故和自杀尤为突出,应加强防范措施的研究.

Epidemiology Analysis of Injury and Toxicosis Death among the Residents in Yuzhou City

Objective To explore the causes of death of injury and toxicosis among the residents,and to provide data for making out the protective measures to prevent or reduce death from injury and toxicosis among the residents.Methods The ninth edition of international classification of diseases (ICD-9) was used for causes of death,and the SAS 6.12 were used in data analysis.Results Injury is the top cause of death among residents aged 15~44.Accounting for 47.02% of all deaths among residents in this age group.The top five leading causes of injury death are as follows:traffic accident (44.78%;27.35%/105),suicide (17.93%;10.95/105),poisoning (6.84%;4.22/105),drowning(6.75%;4.12/105),and pounding(6.26%;3.82/105).Traffic accident is the top cause of injury death among the male residents(22.55/105),while suicide is the top cause of injury death among the female residents (12.61/105).Conclusion Injury,and particularly traffic accident and suicide,among younger adults is a problem that requires attention of public health professionals.More research is needed in this direction.
