造影剂粘度对冠脉造影患者血液流变学指标的影响

摘    要:目的:研究不同粘度造影剂对冠脉造影患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将接受冠脉造影检查的80例患者随机分成四组,分别为20℃碘普罗胺组、37℃碘普罗胺组、20℃碘海醇组、37℃碘海醇组,每组各20例。分别于冠脉造影前、后采集桡动脉血液进行血液流变学指标检测,并行组间比较。结果:与20℃碘普罗胺组相比,37℃碘普罗胺组患者全血低切表观粘度、红细胞压积均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与20℃碘海醇组相比,37℃碘海醇组患者血浆粘度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。20℃的碘普罗胺组与碘海醇组、37℃的碘普罗胺组与碘海醇组比较,患者血液流变学指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将造影剂由20℃加热至37℃时注入人体,可以减少对患者血液流变性的不良影响。

Abstract:Objective:To research the contrast agents in different viscosity influencing the hemorheological indices of the patient with coronary angiography(CAG).Method:80 patients with coronary angiography randomly divided into four groups:20℃ Iopromide group,37℃ Iopromide group,20℃ Iohexol group,and 37℃Iohexol group,and each group has 20 patients.The hemorheological indices before and after coronary angiography were measured respectively.Results:The 37℃ Iopromide group compared to the 20℃ Iopromide group had the lower level of the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit(P<0.05).And the plasma viscosity in the 37℃ Iohexol group was decreased than that in the 20℃ Iohexol group(P<0.05).The hemorheological indices of Iopromide group and Iohexol group in the same temperature was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Heating the contrast agent to 37℃ can reduce the negative influence of the contrast agent to human hemorheology.
