单侧唇裂术后瘢痕成因分析及防治方法

目的　分析单侧唇裂术后瘢痕形成的原因 ,总结其防治方法 ,以改善单侧唇裂术后的修复效果。方法　通过观察 2 6 8例单侧唇裂术后瘢痕的程度 ,研究健患侧唇高差、裂隙宽度、术式等因素与瘢痕形成的关系。结果　Millard术式较改良Millard及Tennison法术后瘢痕明显 ;裂隙的宽度、健患侧唇高差越大 ,术后瘢痕越明显。结论　单侧唇裂术后瘢痕的程度与术式、裂隙宽度及健患侧唇高差有一定的关系

Etiology and treatment of postoperative scarring following unilateral cleft lip

Objective To analyze the causes for scarring after unilateral cleft lip (UCL)operation in order to further improve the clinical repairing effectiveness of UCL. Methods The grade of scarring of UCL after the cleft lip repair in 268 patients was observed and the differences in lip height of noncleft and cleft side, the width of cleft as well as operation approach were studied.Results The Millard approach produced more distinct scarring than modified Millard and Tennison approach. The scarring became distinct with the increasing of the width of cleft and the difference in lips height.Conclusioin The postoperative scarring of UCL is related with operative approach and the width of cleft as well as the difference in lip height of noncleft and cleft side.
