摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱测定草珊瑚中富马酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,固定相为Dia-monsil C18柱(5μm,250×4.6mm),以乙腈-水-磷酸(2:98:0.05)作为流动相,检测波长为208nm。结果:富马酸在54.35~434.8μg范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.9999,平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=1.33%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确,重复性好,可适用于草珊瑚药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective.. To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of fumaric acid in Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai. Methods:The determination was carried out with Diamonsil C18 column ( 5μm, 250× 4. 6mm), using acetoni- trile-water-H3 PO4 (2 : 98 :0. 05, V/V) as mobile phase with isocratic elution, at a flow rate of lmL/min and detected at the wave- length 208nm. Results: Fumaric acid had a good linear relationship between 54. 35~434. 8μg (r2 = 0. 9999),and the average re- covery rate of fumaric acid is 99.95%, RSD is 1.33%. Conclusion.. The method is very simple and accurate, and has good reap- pearance. It can be used for the quality control of Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai.
