| 摘 要： | 炎症在原发性高血压血管内皮损伤的病理过程中发挥重要作用。C反应蛋白由肝脏产生并分泌,是评价炎性反应的一项敏感指标。C反应蛋白在血液循环中的含量和活性与原发性高血压患者某些血管内皮损伤标志物的浓度存在正相关,成为原发性高血压治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | Inflammation plays a vital role in the pathological development of endothelial dysfunction of essential hypertension.C-reactive protein(CRP) is synthesized and secreted by hepatocyte,and a sensitive indicator in evaluating inflammation.There is a positive correlation of CRP concentration in blood circulation and its activity with the concentration of some endothelial dysfunction makers of essential hypertension.CRP will be the new target for the therapy of essential hypertension. |
