| 摘 要： | 目的随着数字化技术的不断发展,助听器对声学信号处理的技术越来越先进,采用多套程序设置,多频段的实时频谱分析技术,可自动剔出噪声而将语音占优势的频段突出出来,以提高信噪比来增加噪声环境中对言语的理解能力。全数字助听器对验配手段提出了更高的要求。方法依据频响曲线对新旧助听器的参数进行调校。结果此方法在实际验配中,收到满意效果。结论全数字编程助听器的验配必须循序渐进,不断跟踪调校,观察患者言语发展情况。

| Abstract: | As a result of the rapid development of digital technology, digital hearing instruments had become much more advanced. Various technologies had been utilized to increase the satisfaction of hearing aids users in different environments, such as noise attenuation, feedback control and others with adjusting frequency responses of hearing aids to maximize the benefits. This paper would explain the fitting of full digital hearing aids and discuss the results. |
