湖南省医院手术室专科护士离职意愿及其影响因素

摘    要:目的探讨湖南省医院手术室专科护士离职意愿与社会支持水平的相关性,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法 2015年5-12月,采用便利抽样法选取湖南省56所医院的1305名手术室专科护士为研究对象,应用自制一般资料调查表、离职意愿量表(turnover iintention questionnaire,TIQ)和社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)对其进行调查。结果湖南省医院手术室专科护士TIQ得分为(14.29±3.63)分,离职意愿处于较高程度以上者达69.7%;SSRS得分为(45.26±6.90)分;离职意愿与社会支持呈负相关(P0.05);影响手术室专科护士离职意愿的因素为年龄、医院重视程度、医院等级、社会支持水平和工作年限。结论手术室专科护士具有较高的离职意愿,护理管理者应进行针对性的专科人才管理,以提高手术室专科护士队伍的稳定性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the turnover intention and social support of specialist nurses in operating room in Hunan Province and its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling,1305 operating room specialist nurses from 56 hospitals in Hunan Province were selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire,turnover intention questionnaire (TIQ)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Result The scores of TIQ was (14.29±3.63),and 69.7% of operating room specialist nurses had a high level of turnover intention.The SSRS scores of operating room specialist nurse was (45.26±6.90),there was a negative correlation between turnover intention and social s upport(P <0.05).Age,attention of hospital,level of hospital,social support and working years were major influencing factors of turnover intention of operating room specialist nurses.Conclusions Operating room specialist nurses had stronger turnover intention,nursing administrators should pay attention to influencing factors of turnover intention,in order to reduce operating room specialist nurses and improve stability of them.
