专科手术带教方式在手术室实习护生中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨专科手术带教方式在手术室实习护生中的应用方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选择2014年4月至2015年4月在上海市第六人民医院手术室实习的96名护生为研究对象,采取手术室专科手术带教方式进行带教,评价并比较护生专科手术带教前后的理论、操作考核成绩及症状自评量表(symptom check list 90,SCL-90)评分。结果专科手术带教后,护生的理论、操作考核成绩均高于带教前,SCL-90评分低于带教前,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论专科手术带教方式在手术室实习护生中的应用有利于提高实习护生的学习效果,减轻其心理压力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of specific operation room clinical teaching in nursing interns in operation room.Methods By convenience sampling,96 cases were selected and 96 nursing interns were selected and received specific operation room clinical teaching.The theoretical assessment score,practical assessment score and symptom check list 90 score (SCL-90) before and after clinical teaching were compared.Results The theoretical assessment score,practical assessment score and SCL-90 score after clinical teaching were higher than that of before clinical teaching (all P<0.05).Conclusion The specific operation room clinical teaching mode has a great effect on improve nursing interns learning effect,and eases their psychological stress.
