人文关怀在原发性肝癌患者护理中的应用与效果

目的 探讨人文关怀在原发性肝癌患者护理中的应用与效果.方法 2015年6月至201 6年5月,便利抽样法选取在第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院治的初诊原发性肝癌患者80例为研究对象,按住院时间先后将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例.观察组患者给于人文关怀护理,而对照组患者给予常规护理,比较两组患者手术日晨及术后24 h的焦虑评分、治疗配合度、住院舒适度及满意度.结果 观察组患者手术日晨及术后24 h的焦虑评分分别为(4.02±1.02)分、(3.02±1.28)分,与对照组(5.78±1.43)、(5.66士1.11)分]相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).观察组患者满意率为100.0％,高于对照组的87.50％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组患者的配合度及住院舒适度的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将人文关怀融入到医疗护理工作中,不仅改善了原发性肝癌患者焦虑心理,而且提高了患者对护理工作的满意度.

Application of Humanistic Care in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer Care and Effects Assessment

Objective To explore the application and effects of humanistic nursing care in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods By convenience sampling,80 cases of primary liver cancer patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group based on admission time,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received humanistic nursing care,while the control group received routine nursing.Anxiety and satisfaction scores of two groups of patients were compared on admission day,operative day and 24 h after operation.Results The anxiety scores in observation group on the morning of the surgery day,and 24 h after surgery were (4.02±1.02) and (3.02 ±1.28),respectively,and (5.78±1.43) and (5.66±1.11) in control group (all P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate in observation group was 100 ％,which was higher than control group of 87.5 ％ (P ＜0.05).The statistical significance of cooperative rate and hospitalization comfort level were found in two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion The integration of humanistic nursing care in clinical nursing care can alleviate tension and anxiety in patients of primary liver cancer,and improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing work as well.
