临床护理路径在13C尿素呼气试验体检人群中的应用

目的 探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在13C尿素呼气试验(13 C-urea breath test,13C-UBT)体检人群中的应用效果.方法 便利抽样法选择2015年5月至2016年8月在山东大学齐鲁医院健康体检中心进行13C-UBT检查的1000名体检者为研究对象,将实施CNP前(2015年5-12月)的500名体检者为对照组,给予常规护理;实施CNP后(2016年1-8月)的500名体检者为观察组,将CNP应用于护理中,比较两组体检者13C-UBT检查的成功率及满意度.结果 观察组体检者13C-UBT检查的成功率及满意度均高于对照组体检者,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 将CNP应用于13C-UBT检查中,有利于提高体检者的满意度及13C-UBT检查的成功率,值得在临床推广应用.

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in 13C-urea Breath Test Health Examination Population

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) on 13C-urea breath test health examination population.Methods By convenience sampling,1000 cases were selected and 500 cases before the implementation of CNP (May to December 2015) were selected as control group,which received routine nursing,and other 500 cases after the implementation of CNP (January to August 2016) were selected as observation group,which applied with CNP.The satisfaction and success rate of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than that of control group (all P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of CNP in the 13C-UBT can improve the satisfaction of the physical examination staff,and improve the success rate of 13 C-UBT,which is worth for clinical promotion.
