糖尿病护理家园在流动人口2型糖尿病患者社区护理干预中的效果研究

目的采用糖尿病护理家园模式控制流动人口2型糖尿病患者的血糖值,减少并发症的发生,为探索针对流动人口2型糖尿病的社区护理工作新模式提供依据。方法便利抽样选择2013年9月至2014年2月自愿参加糖尿病护理家园的上海市宝山区流动人口2型糖尿病患者80名作为研究对象,观察组采用糖尿病护理家园模式进行护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。两组护理干预均为每两周1次,共干预6个月。观察干预前后两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数以及糖尿病知识掌握情况有无变化。结果观察组患者相关各项指标检测情况以及糖尿病知识掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论糖尿病护理家园模式能有效增强流动人口糖尿病患者的健康意识,提高其生活质量和治疗依从性。

Study of the Effect of Diabetes Nursing Home on Community Nursing Intervention for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes among Migrant Population

Objective To study the effect of nursing home mode in controlling blood glucose level and complications of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) in migrant population,in order to explore new community nursing methods for type 2 DM in migrant population.Methods By convenience sampling,80 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group received nursing intervention by using diabetes nursing home mode,and the control group was received routine nursing intervention.The nursing interventions in two groups were both carried out every two weeks.The duration of this study was 6 months.The fast blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and body mass index of patients,and their knowledge acquisition about DM before and after intervention were observed in two groups.Results The physical examination results and knowledge acquisition about DM in observation group were better than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The nursing home mode can alleviate the health condition for the patients with type 2 DM in migrant population effectively,as well as improve their life quality and treatment compliance.
