SHEL模式管理在护理人员职业暴露防护中的应用

目的探讨SHEL模式管理在护理人员职业暴露防护中的应用效果,为有效降低护理人员职业暴露提供依据。方法便利抽样法选择2015年6月至2016年6月在上海市某三级甲等医院的护士为研究对象。根据SHEL模式即软件部分(soft,S)、硬件部分(Hard,H)、临床环境(environment,E)以及当事人和他人(litigant,L)四个方面进行管理,采取相应的制度及防护措施后,调查2016年该院护士职业暴露发生情况。结果采用SHEL模式管理后,护理人员职业暴露总发生率从3.3%下降为2.3%;护理人员职业暴露人群主要是工作1~2年的护士;护理人员职业暴露的高发地点是病房,为50%;护理人员职业暴露主要类型是针刺伤,为88.3%。结论 SHEL模式管理能有效地降低护理人员职业暴露的发生率。

Application of the SHEL Model Management in the Protection of Occupational Exposure of Nursing Staff

Objective To investigate the application effect of the SHEL model management in the protec-tion of nurses'occupational exposure,in order to decrease the incidence rate of nurses'occupational expo-sure.Methods By convenience sampling method,all nurses from one hospital were chosen and according to the four-dimension of the SHEL model management :S(soft),H(hard),E(environment),L(litigant)to a-dopt specific methods.The incidence rate of nurses'occupational exposure was explored.Results After the use of the SHEL model management ,the total incidence rate of nurses'occupational exposure decrease to 2.3% from 3.3%;the nurses with 1~2 years'experience were the main body of occupational exposure nur-ses;the site with high rate was the ward,which accounted by 50%;the main type of nurses'occupational exposure was needle stick injuries ,which was 88.3%.Conclusions The SHEL model management can ef-fectively decrease the incidence rate of nurses'occupational exposure.
