风险管理在高龄髋部骨折患者围术期护理安全中的应用

目的 探讨风险管理在高龄髋部骨折患者围术期护理安全中的应用方法及效果.方法 便利抽样法选择2013年1月至2015年12月在浙江省长兴县人民医院骨科二病区住院的132例高龄髋部骨折患者为观察组,同期在骨科一病区住院的128例高龄髋部骨折患者为对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施护理风险管理,记录并比较两组患者的平均住院日、护理不良事件和术后并发症的发生情况以及患者对护理工作的满意度.结果 观察组患者的平均住院日、护理不良事件和术后并发症的发生率均短于或低于对照组患者,对护理工作的满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 风险管理的应用有利于提高高龄髋部骨折患者围术期的护理安全,提高患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用.

Application of Risk Management on Nursing Safety during Perioperative Period of Patient with Aged Hip-fracture

Objective To discuss the effect of risk management intervention on nursing safety during perioperative period of patient with aged hip-fracture.Methods By convenience sampling,132 aged patients with hip fracture in our hospital during 2013 January to 2015 December were selected as observation group,and another matched group which contains 128 aged hip-fracture patients during the same period was selected as control group.The control group received routine nursing,while observation group received nursing risk management intervention.The average hospitalization day,nursing adverse events and incidence of postoperative complications,as well as the satisfaction level were recorded and compared between two groups.Results The average hospitalization day,nursing adverse events and incidence of postoperative complications in observation group were less or shorter than that of control group,and the satisfaction level in observation group was higher than which in control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management intervention on aged patients with hip-fracture can improve the nursing safety during perioperative period,and also improve patients' satisfaction,which is worth for clinical application.
