综合性护理干预对提高膝关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响

目的观察综合性护理干预措施对膝关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法2014年3月至2015年3月,便利抽样法选取同济医院骨科一病区关节外科收治的50例膝关节置换术患者。依照手术的先后顺序按单数和双数分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施常规的躯体疾病护理和护理指导。观察组患者在实施常规躯体疾病护理和护理指导的基础上,实施综合性的护理干预措施,包括认知干预、行为干预、心理干预、社会支持干预。比较两组患者术后功能锻炼的依从性。结果两组患者术后功能锻炼依从性比较,观察组患者功能锻炼的频次依从率及强度依从率均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论综合性护理干预措施对提高膝关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性有明显效果。

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Improving the Compliance of Functional Exercise in Patients with Knee Joint Replacement

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on functional exercise compliance of patients after knee joint replacement.Methods By convenience sampling,50 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine physical disease nursing and nursing instruction.Patients in the observation group were given routine physical disease nursing and nursing instruction,on the same time give the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures,including cognitive intervention,behavioral intervention,psychological intervention,social support intervention.The compliance of the two groups of patients with postoperative functional exercise were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the frequency dependence and intensity of functional exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P ＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions have a significant effect on improving function exercise compliance in patients with knee replacement surgery.
