全程护理对提升体检中心妇科检查体检者满意度的效果

目的探讨全程护理对提升体检中心妇科检查满意度的效果。方法采用便利抽样法选择2016年4-9月在第二军医大学长征医院体检中心行妇科体检的392例女性体检者为研究对象,按其体检日期的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各196例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施全程护理干预,评价并比较两组体检者的满意度。结果观察组体检者对妇科体检各项护理服务满意度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论全程护理可不断深化妇科护理服务内涵,为女性体检者提供更温馨、更舒适的持续性人性化护理,有效提升体检者的满意度。

Effect of Whole-process Nursing Care on the Satisfaction of Gynecological Examination in the Physical Examination Center

Objective To investigate the effect of whole-process nursing care on the satisfaction of gynecological examination in the physical examination center.Methods By convenience sampling,392 women were selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group were applied with the whole-process nursing intervention on the basic of routine nursing,the satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and difference was statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion Whole-process nursing intervention can deepen the connotation of the service of gynecological examination,providing warmer and more comfortable persistent humanized nursing for female examinees.It embodies the people-centered humanistic care and improves satisfaction effectively.
