他评量表在维和伤员创伤急性期的心理评估中的应用

目的探讨他评量表在维和伤员创伤早期的心理评估中的应用,分析量表在伤员创伤急性期治疗中的作用。方法2016年7月,采用意外创伤者早期心理反应他评量表,获取维和伤员急性期心理状况,并实施干预措施,再基于观察,连续、动态评估和记录其创伤后早期的心理反应及其变化。结果两名伤员均为创伤事件所致急性应激障碍,除轻度心理困扰,无过度的认知、情绪和行为等异常反应,其心理反应的内容及持续时间呈现个性化特点。结论他评量表能快速评估伤员创伤后早期的心理变化,可为即时的护理干预提供依据和指导;早期为伤员施以人文关怀的干预,有助其身心调适和社会功能的快速恢复。

Psychological Assessment and Intervention to the Wounded Peacekeepers in Acute Period after Trauma Assessed by Nurse-administered Rating Scale

Objective To find a tool to assess the psychic reaction of the wounded peacekeeping soldiers in the early period after trauma and to explore the intervention strategy to help their mind and body recover.Methods On the basis of applying early psychological reaction nurse-administered rating scale in the wounded peacekeepers and clinical observation,their psychic reaction and changes were assessed and recorded continuously.Results Both the wounded soldiers were suffering from acute post traumatic stress disorder with mild mental confusion,but having no overcognition and abnormal reaction of mood and behavior.The results and duration of their psychic reaction presented individualized characteristics.Conclusion Nurse-administered rating scale can assess the psychic changes of the wounded after acute trauma rapidly,which can further guide the immediate nursing intervention.Early humanistic care will help the wounded restore their psychosomatic adjustment and social function rapidly.
