摘    要:目的探讨分阶段延续性护理模式在强直性脊柱炎患者中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2014年1月至2015年2月在第四军医大学唐都医院住院治疗的78名强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各39名。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强分阶段延续性护理,出院后继续干预3个月。观察两组患者出院3个月后的生活质量、心理状况、枕墙距、晨僵时间、胸廓扩张度、疼痛程度等指标有无变化。结果观察组AS患者出院3个月后各项指标检测情况以及心理状况、生活质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论分阶段延续性护理模式在AS患者中的应用,能有效改善其身体状态、心理状况,并提高其生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the phase continuity care model in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods By convenience sampling,78 cases of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received conventional treatment on the basis of strengthening phase continuity of care.The quality of life,mental status,distance from pillow to wall,morning stiffness time,thoracic expansion degree,degree of pain after 3 months discharged from hospital were observed.Results All indication and psychological status and quality of life in observation group after 3 months were better than that of control group (all P<0.05).Conclusions Phase continuity care patterns in patients with AS patients can effectively improve the functional exercise adherence and psychological situation,thus to improve their quality of life.
