寒热痹辨证施护在类风湿性关节炎急性期患者治疗中的应用

目的探讨寒热痹辨证施护在类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)急性期患者治疗中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法选取2016年3月至6月在重庆市中医院风湿病科住院治疗的RA急性期患者100例为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予基础药物治疗及常规护理,而观察组患者在此基础上采取寒热痹辨证施护,2周后比较两组患者的关节疼痛评分、肿胀评分、28个关节的疾病活动度评分(disease activity score 28 joints,DAS28)评分、健康评定调查量表(health assessment questionnaire,HAQ)评分以及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为88.00%,对照组总有效率为72.00%。治疗前,两组患者的关节疼痛评分、肿胀评分、DAS28评分、HAQ评分差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的上述评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05),且观察组患者的评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在传统治疗的基础上结合寒热痹辨证施护,可减轻类RA急性期患者疼痛,改善关节症状,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Application of the Dialectical Nursing in the Treatment of Acute Phrase of the Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To observe application effect of the dialectical nursing in the treatment of acute phrase of the rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods By convenience sampling,100 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine medical therapy and nursing,while the observation group received the additional dialectical nursing.The score of joint pain,swelling,disease activity score 28 joints (DAS28),as well as health assessment questionnaire(HAQ) after two weeks were compared.Results The efficiency rate of the observation group was 88.00 ％,while the control group was 72.00 ％.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance of score of joint pain,swelling,DAS28 and HAQ found between two groups (all P ＞0.05).After treatment,these scores were lower than that of before treatment (all P＜0.05),and the scores in observation group were lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The dialectical nursing can improve the local symptoms of the RA patients,improve their quality of life,which is worth of clinical application.
