平产接生简明口诀在助产专业实习生临床带教中的应用

摘    要:目的在助产专业实习生临床带教中运用平产接生简明口诀,以提高助产实习生平产接生的能力。方法便利抽样选择2014年7月至2015年7月在厦门市妇幼保健院产房实习的助产士60名,随机分为观察组(30名)和对照组(30名),观察组在带教过程中运用平产接生简明口诀"一保三查两对两掏一教",对照组使用传统教学方法,比较两组实习生的出科成绩及对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组的出科成绩包括理论成绩、操作成绩、综合成绩以及对带教老师的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论临床带教中运用平产接生简明口,诀有利于提高助产实习生平产接生的能力,提高助产实习的带教质量。

Abstract:Objective In the clinical teaching of midwifery profession interns,apply the concise formula of normal delivery to improve the interns' normal delivery ability.Methods By convenience sampling,60 midwifery profession interns were selected and divided into observation group(n =30) and control group (n=30).The observation group apply the concise formula of normal delivery:protection,checking,aligning,remove,education,while the control group was applied with the traditional teaching method,and then comparing the results of trainee and their satisfaction to clinical teacher.Results Comparison showed that the results of trainee,including theoretical score,practice performance,and synthesis evaluating,as well as the satisfaction level in the observation group were all better than which in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Applying of the concise formula of normal delivery will contribute to improve the interns' normal delivery ability in clinical teaching.
