老年人髋部骨折发生的危险因素

目的探讨老年人髋部骨折发生的临床危险因素。方法采取方便抽样方法,选择2016年1-9月入住上海市第六人民医院骨科的119例髋部骨折患者为观察组,选择同期入住上海市第六人民医院骨科,性别、年龄相匹配的119例非髋部骨折患者为对照组,采用《髋部骨折相关因素调查表》对两组患者进行调查,分析髋部骨折发生的危险因素。结果老年男性髋部骨折发生的危险因素为吸烟、服用多种药物;保护因素为曾从事较高强度的工作、经常锻炼。老年女性骨折发生的危险因素为视力障碍、服用多种药物;保护因素为服用钙剂;绝经晚。对整体人群,骨折发生的危险因素为视力障碍、服用多种药物;保护因素为服用钙剂、经常锻炼。结论应针对老年人髋部骨折发生的危险因素进行干预,预防骨质疏松,从而减少其髋部骨折的发生。

Research on the Risk Factors of Hip Fracture in the Elderly

Objective To investigate the clinical risk factors of hip fracture in the elderly.Methods A case-control study were conducted in study on 119 cases of hip fracture patients aged over 65 years in our hospi-tal and 119 cases of control as 1:1 matched case control study.A univariate analysis of hip fracture was performed by Chi-square,Risk factors for hip fracture were analyzed by conditional logistic regression.Re-sults Smoking and drugs were the risk factors for hip fracture in elderly men.The protective factors for hip fracture was heavy manual labor occupation and exercise regularly.Visual impairment and drugs were the risk factors for hip fracture in elderly women.The protective factors for hip fracture was calcium sup-plements and late menopause.For the whole population,visual impairment and drugs were the risk factors for hip fracture.The protective factors for hip fracture was calcium supplements and exercise regularly. Conclusion Early interventions for hip fracture risk factors,prevention and treatment of osleoporosis can reduce the occurrence of hip fracture.
