体外受精-胚胎移植助孕患者治疗期间心理体验的质性研究

目的了解体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)助孕患者治疗期间的心理体验,为采取针对性措施提供依据。方法 2016年1-4月,采用目的抽样法,选择在上海瑞金医院生殖医学中心行IVF-ET的10例助孕患者为研究对象。采用现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,现场录音,借助NVivo 8.0统计软件,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对资料进行分析,提炼主题。结果 IVF-ET助孕患者治疗期间普遍存在心理压力,其心理体验可归纳为5个主题:(1)来自年龄与妊娠成功率的压力;(2)来自家庭、社会和周围环境的压力;(3)来自对自身健康影响、承受能力的压力;(4)来自经济、职业生涯的压力;(5)来自辅助生殖知识缺乏的压力。结论医护人员及患者家属应针对IVF-ET助孕患者治疗期间的主要心理压力,给予相应的健康指导和心理支持,采取干预措施,帮助患者积极面对治疗,提高妊娠率。

Psychological Experience of Patients Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer:A Qual-itative Study

Objective To understand the psychological experience of patients undergoing in vitro fertiliza-tion-embryo transfer (IVF)treatment,in order to provide reference for taking targeted interventions. Method By using purposive sampling method,10 cases were selected and investigated by semi-structure interview with on-site record.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7 steps method,and the themes were ex-tracted.Result Five themes were extracted:1.pregnancy success rate;2.stress from family,social and gen-eral environment;3.the effect of treatment on their self-healthy status and their career;4.stress from eco-nomic status and career;5 .lack of knowledge on assist reproductive technology.Conclusions Medical per-sonnel and patients'family should understand the stress of IVF patients and provide the pertinent health educa-tion and psychological supports,as well as take targeted inetvetions,thereby improving the pregnancy rate.
