系统化健康管理对我国成人哮喘患者生活质量和自护能力影响的Meta分析

目的评价系统化健康管理模式对我国成人哮喘患者生活质量和自护能力的影响。方法计算机全面检索万方数据库(wanfangdata)、维普数据库(VIP)和中国知网数据库(CNKI)中关于系统化健康管理对哮喘患者影响的随机对照试验,按照Meta分析方法对其进行定量综合分析,比较系统化健康管理前后的效果。结果共纳入7篇随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCT)研究,总样本量757例。系统化健康管理实验组的生活质量总体水平及活动、症状、心理各领域和自我护理能力水平方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论在常规护理治疗基础上实施系统化健康管理,能够有效改善成人哮喘患者的生活质量和自护能力。

Effects of Systematic Health Management on Quality of Life and Self-care Ability of Patients with Asthma in China:A Meta-Analysis

Objective To evaluate the effects of systematic education and management on quality of life and self-care ability of patients with asthma in China.Methods The databases such as Wanfangdata,VIP, CNKI were searched for literature on systematic education and management for patients with asthma.Ac-cording to the meta analysis method,the data was integrated quantitative analysis and the effects were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results A total of 7 randomized con-trolled trials (RCTs)and 757 patients were included.The total level of quality of life ,physical,symptom-atic ,emotional aspects and the self-care ability in the experimental group was significantly enhanced when comparing with the control group(allP<0.05).Conclusions Systematic education and management on the basis of routine care can effectively improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients with asthma.
