| Abstract: | Varicocele appearing on the posterior surface of the scrotum is apt to be overlooked in a routine physical examination. Lateral inspection of the scrotum is important to detect a varicocele of this type. Intraoperative spermatic phlebography on high ligation for varicocele was valuable in confirming the ligation of a single vein or in visualizing the vessel(s) left unligated. |
