摘    要:目的研究军人力量训练的有效方法,为优化部队体能训练方案,提高训练效率提供依据。方法370名健康男性战士随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用循环力量训练方法,对照组按部队现行方案进行常规训练。每周训练2次,每次50min,持续训练8周。结果实验组训练后肌力水平显著提高,背肌力、引体向上、仰卧起坐和单腿蹲起比训练前分别提高了16.3%、200.0%、169.3%、132.5%;体脂含量减少1.28%,去脂体质量和身体围度增加,胸围和上臂紧张围分别增加了2.37cm和1.03cm;力量指标优良率高于对照组。结论循环力量训练可有效地发展士兵的肌力水平,提高训练效率。

Abstract:Objective To study an effective training method for the soldier's power, thus to provide scientific basis for optimizing the project of soldier's physical fitness training and improving the training efficiency. Methods Three hundred and seventy healthy soldiers were randomly divided into training group and control group. Cycle power training was adopted in training group, and control group was trained as usual. The soldiers were trained two times per week and fifty minutes per time for 8 weeks. Results The power of back muscle, and muscular tolerance of upper limbs,abdomen, and lower limbs in training group were 16.3%,200.0%,169.3%,and 132.5% more respectively after training than before training. Body circumference and free fat body weight were also increased, and body fat content was significantly decreased from 12.68% to 11.40%,while the circumference of chest, and upper arm during contraction were increased by 2.37 cm and 1.03cm respectively after training. The rate of excellent or good power indexes in cycle training group was significantly higher than in control group. Conclusion Cycle power training can effevtively develop the level of soldier's muscle power and improve the training efficiency.
