| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者的心理防御机制。方法:采用防御机制问卷,对精神分裂症缓解期患者36例进行测试,并与34例正常人进行比较。结果:患者组不成熟防御机制因子分明显高于对照组。结论:精神分裂症患者在心理防御机制的使用上明显不同于正常人。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the psychological defense mechanism in patients with schizophrenia.Method:Thirty-six schizophrenics in remitted stage and 34 healthy controls were tested the psychological defense mechanism and then compared in this research.Results:The average scores of immature defense style were significantly higher in schizophrenics than in healthy controls.Conclusion:Schizophrenic patients are often use the different psychological defense mechanism from the healthy person. |
