125Ⅰ粒籽Ni-Ti合金支架治疗晚期食管癌临床疗效评价(附4例报告)

目的观察125Ⅰ Ni-Ti合金支架在中晚期食管癌中的临床疗效.方法4例恶性食管狭窄患者,予置入125Ⅰ Ni-Ti合金支架,比较手术前后体重、吞咽困难程度评分、血常规和卡氏评分,随访观察并发症等,作出临床疗效评价.结果手术前后吞咽困难分别是2.50±0.58、0.25±0.50,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001);手术前后体重(kg)分别是59.38±9.25、63.88±9.92,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);手术前后血常规中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞和血小板计数比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05);卡氏评分分别为67.50±5.00、87.50±12.58,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);随访3个月未发现严重并发症.结论125ⅠNi-Ti合金支架治疗中晚期食管癌,临床疗效较好,安全性较高.

Clinical curative effect evaluation about Ni-Ti esophageal stent with 125-iodine radionuclide treat advanced stage esophageal carcinoma: presentation of 4 clinical cases

Objective] To observe the effect on Ni-Ti esophageal stent with 125-iodine radionuclide treat advanced stage esophageal carcinoma. Method] Ni-Ti esophageal stent with 125-iodine radionuclide were placed into 4 patients with malignant stricture. We observed changes about weight, dysphagia, blood routine, Karnosfsky and complications. Finally, we evaluated curative effect. Result] At the time of perioperatively, we found that there are statistical significance about dysphagia and Karnosfsky (P <0.001, P <0.05, respectively). On the contrary, the difference was below the level of statistical significance about weight and blood routine including white blood cell, neutrophil and platelet count. Conclusion] Ni-Ti esophageal stent with 125-iodine radionuclide is better curative effect and safety in the treatment of advanced stage esophageal carcinoma.
