| 摘 要： | 目的：分析脾切除、贲门周围血管离断术(以下简称门奇断流术)术后门静脉系统血栓形成原因。方法：对我院1998年5月至2003年4月期间96例门奇断流术的病人进行回顾性分析。结果：本组病例共发生门静脉系统血栓17例(17.71％)、均发生在20天内，最早发生于术后第7天。结论：门静脉系统血栓形成的主要原因为手术操作不仔细、脾切除、门静脉系统血流动力学变化、应用止血药过多等原因有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the causes of portal vein thrombosis after portaazygous devascularization and investigate the measures of the prephylaxis.Methods We study 96 patients after portaazygous devascularization of China-Japan Union Hospital between May 1998 and April 2003. Results 17 patients occurred portal vein thrombosis in 96 cases (17.71%) in 20 days after operation ,the earliest of all in the seventh day. In 96 patients, 4 patients were given anticoagulation therapy,no thrombosis occurred.In 17 patients , 6 patients were given systemically thrombolysis,patency of the portal system occurred in 1 patient.Conclusion The main causes of portal vein thrombosis were operation ,splenectomy ,hemodynamics of portal vein and excessive hemostats in hospital. |
