| 摘 要： | 胆碱能神经及其受体的变化在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的发病过程中起重要的作用.抗胆碱能药物作为支气管扩张剂在COPD治疗中发挥了重要的作用.本文就胆碱能受体在肺中分布、抗胆碱药在COPD中作用机制及抗胆碱能药物在COPD患者临床应用进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | The changes of cholinergic nerve and its receptors play an important role in the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). As bronchodilators,anticholinergics play an important role in the treatment of COPD. The article reviews cholinergic receptors in healthy human beings and COPD patients, the mechanism of anticholinergics in COPD patients, and the advances of anticholinergics in the treatment of COPD. |
