| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨低出生体重儿低钙血症的护理特点.方法:对32例合并低钙血症的低出生体重儿的护理措施进行回顾性分析、总结.结果:27例患儿血钙水平恢复正常,4例自动出院,1例死亡.结论:低出生体重儿低钙血症在综合补钙的基础上,加强呼吸管理和消化道管理,积极预防和处理并发症,可减少死亡率.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the experience of the nursing of the low-bir th-weight infant (LBWI) with hypocalcemia. Methods The nursing of 32 cases of LBW I with hypocalcemia in our hospital were analyzed re-trospectively. Result In a ll 32 cases,27 cases recovered,4 cases got out of the hospital automatically, and 1 case died. Conclusion To decline the ratio of death in LBWI with hypocalce mia,some measures should be taken,including supplying calcium,the management of respiratory and enteron passage,preventing and controlling complication acti vely. |
