彩色多普勒超声在精索静脉曲张临床诊断中的作用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在临床诊断精索静脉曲张中的作用。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对56例精索静脉曲张患者的静脉丛内径及静脉血流反流等情况观察，并进行分期。结果超声诊断与临床分级诊断之间敏感性为92．3％，特异性为100％，相关性好。结论彩色多普勒超声在精索静脉曲张临床诊断中具有重要作用，同时，可将精索静脉内径与血流速度比值作为参考指标。

Effect of color doppler ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of varicocele

Objective To investigate the effect of color doppler ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of varicocele. Methods The vein plexus diameter and venous blood reverse flow of 56 cases of varicocele were observed and analyzed. Results The sensibility and specificity of ultrasonic diagnosis and Clinical classification diagnosis was 92.3% and 100%. It showed a close correlation between ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical classification diagnosis. Conclusions It has an important role of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of the varicocele. Then simultaneously, the ratio of vein plexus diameter and venous blood velocity could be used for referenced index for diagnosis of varicocele.
