芬太尼及咪达唑仑联合用于无痛纤维支气管镜检查的临床观察

目的观察芬太尼和咪达唑仑联合用于纤维支气管镜检查的安全性和有效性。方法将93例行纤维支气管镜检查的患者按意愿分为两组，无病组38例，对照组55例。对照组采用常规局部麻醉，无痛组在局部麻醉基础上应用芬太尼和咪达唑仑。术前、术中监测平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）、指端血氧饱和度（SpO，）变化，同时观察发生不良反应情况。结果术中无痛组MAP及HR均较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而SpO2两组比较差异无统计学意义。无痛组与对照组相比不良反应明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论芬太尼和咪达唑仑联合用于纤维支气管镜检查是安全有效的。

Fentanyl and midazolam in flexible bronchofiberscope examination

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl and midazolam in flexible bronchofiberseope examination. Methods Ninety - three patients using bronchofiberscope were divided into two groups followed their will： control group （55 patients） and analgesia group （38 patients）. The patients in control group received only local anesthesia, whereas the patients in analgesia group received intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl and midazolam based on local anesthesia. The mean arterial pressure （MAP） , heart rate （HR） and pulse oxygen saturation （ SpO2 ） were monitored preoperative and intraoperative, and the adverse reactions were observed meantime. Results The MAP and HR intraoperative in analgesia group were lower than that in control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but the SpO2 didn＇ t have obvious diference. The adverse reaction in analgesia group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Intravenous anesthesia with fentanyl and midazolam is effective and safe used in flexi- ble bronchofiberscope examination.
