冠心病患者ApoB／ApoA—I与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究

目的研究载脂蛋白B（ApoB）和载脂蛋白A—I（ApoA—I）比值（ApoB／ApoA—I）与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度之间的关系。方法选择行冠状动脉造影检查的187例患者，其中确诊冠心痛者95例，排除冠心病者92例。冠状动脉病变严重程度由SYNTAX评分表示。统计分析两组间载脂蛋白B（ApoB）、载脂蛋白A—I（ApoA—I）、ApoB／ApoA—I、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）水平的差异，多元回归分析上述指标与冠状动脉病变评分的关系。结果冠状动脉造影正常组和冠状动脉病变组ApoB、ApoB／ApoA—I、TG、TC、LDL比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。仅ApoB／ApoA—I与冠状动脉病变评分存在线性回归关系（r2=0．429，P〈0．叭）。结论ApoB／ApoA—I较其他血脂指标相比能更好的预测冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度，ApoB／ApoA—I越高，冠状动脉病变越严重。

Relationship between the ApoB/ApoA -I ratio and degree of coronary artery disease

Objective To study the relationship of the ApoB/ApoA - I ratio and severity of coronary atherosclerosis lesion in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Screening out 187 patients undergoing coronary angiography in Henan Provincial People＇ s Hospital, including 95 cases of coronary heart disease and 92 cases without it. The degree of coronary atheroselerosis lesion was evaluated by SYNTAX score. Concentrations of ApoB, ApoA - I , ApoB/ApoA - I , TC, TG, LDL, HDL and the relationships with SYNTAX score were analyzed. Results The differences of ApoB, ApoB/ApoA - I ratio, TC, TG, LDL were statistically significant between coronary lesion group and normal group. There was linear regression relationship between ApoB/ApoA - ratio and the SYNTAX score （r2 = 0. 429, P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions The ApoB/ApoA - I ratio is a better predictor of the coronary lesion level than other lipid index. The higher the ApoB/ApoA - I ratio is, the more severe the coronary lesion is.
