双动人工股骨头在高龄粗隆间骨折中的应用

目的探讨应用双动人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选择43例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者，其中Evans分型Ⅲ型32例；Ⅳ型11例。采用骨水泥型双动人工股骨头置换术，保留股骨大小粗隆动力系统。结果43例患者均完整随访，随访6～36个月，平均24个月，术后早期感染1例，假体周围骨折1例。按照Harris评分，优32例，良6例，优良率为88．4％。结论采用保留大小粗隆动力系统的双动人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折可减少卧床时间，降低并发症，提高患者的生活质量，是一种有效的治疗方法。

Bipolar femoral head prosthesis for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bipolar femoral head prosthetic replacement for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods Forty - three cases of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly, Type m of the fracture by Evans classification was in 32 cases, IV in 11 cases. Obtain cemented bipolar femoral head prosthetic replacement with retain trochanter. Results All the cases were followed up for 6 to 36 months（ averagely 24 mouths） , post - operative infection in 1 case and the fracture of around the prosthesis in 1 case. According to Harris score, excellent in 32 cases, good cases in 6 cases, the excellent rate was 88.4%. Conclusions The merits of bipolar prosthetic with retainted trochanter for the treatment of intertroehanteric fractures in the elderly are reducing bedridden time and complications. It＇s a satisfactory and safe choice.
