不同腹壁缝合方法对切口愈合的影响分析

目的寻求一种快捷而并发症少的腹壁缝合方法。方法对716例开腹手术者分别采用全筋膜层连续缝合法和分层间断缝合法进行对比观察。结果全筋膜层连续缝合法明显优于分层间断缝合法，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论开腹手术后腹壁的全筋膜层连续缝合手术时间明显较传统缩短，手术重要并发症明显较传统减少，符合“3W”原则，值得向普通外科届推广。

Impact on incision healing of abdominal wall with difference suture methods

Objective To seek a faster and with fewer complications suture method of abdominal wall. Methods Seven hundred and sixteen patients treating with laparotomy surgery were divided into two groups. The patients in group one suture abdominal wall with the full fascia continous suture and group two with layering intermittent suture. The operation time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The full fascia continous suture in group one was superior to the layering intermittent suture m group two （ P the results were statistically Conclusions After laparotomy 〈0.05）. So significant. surgery, the operation times with full fascia continous suture abdominal wall was significantly shorter compare with traditional layering intermittent suture, and the complications were reduced significantly, comply with 3W principle and worth to popularize in general surgery.
