氯诺昔康在腹腔镜输尿管手术超前镇痛的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察氯诺昔康对腹腔镜输尿管手术患者的超前镇痛作用。方法将60例择期行腹腔镜输尿管手术患者随机分为超前镇痛组(A组)和术后镇痛组(B组),每组30例,均采取气管内插管全身麻醉。A组在麻醉诱导前20min静脉注射氯诺昔康16mg,手术后静脉注射生理盐水10ml;B组在麻醉诱导前20min静脉注射生理盐水10ml,手术后静脉注射氯诺昔康16mg。两组术后均未使用自控镇痛,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)单盲评估患者术后0.5、1、2、4、8、12h的疼痛感觉程度,并观察与氯诺昔康有关的不良反应。结果A组术后4h内VAS评分显著低于B组(P〈0.05),两组4h后VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论氯诺昔康超前镇痛可有效缓解腹腔镜输尿管手术术后疼痛,且不良反应少见。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of lornoxicam on preemptive analgesia in patients underwent laparoscopic ureteral surgery. Methods Sixty patients underwent laparoscopic ureteral surgery were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. A standardized general anesthesia was used. Patients in group A ( n = 30) received lornoxicam 16 mg 20 minutes before induction; patients in group B ( n = 30) received the same doses after skin closure. All patients were not used of postoperative analgesia. The effectiveness was assessed postoperatively using the visual analogue scale (VAS) at 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 hours after surgery, and side effects were also recorded. Results At each observation point during 4 hours after surgery, the VAS of patients in group A were significantly lower than that in group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). The VAS were same in the two groups at the time point after 4 hours ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Preemptive analgesia with lornoxicarn could provide satisfactory pain relief with no obvious side effects after laparoscopie ureteral surgery.
