巨噬细胞游走抑制因子在糖尿病大鼠心肌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的检测巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)在糖尿病大鼠心肌中的表达,探讨其在糖尿病心肌病变中的作用。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(CON组)、糖尿病1个月组(DMI组)和糖尿病2个月组(DM2组),行腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,免疫组化染色法检测三组心肌中MIF的表达。结果与正常对照组对比,糖尿病模型组大鼠心肌中MIF含量显著增多,且DM2组显著高于DMI组(P〈0.01)。结论随病程进展,糖尿病大鼠心肌中MIF表达逐步增强,MIF参与糖尿病心肌病变的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in the myocardium of diabetic rats, and to investigate its role in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (CON) , diabetes for 1 month group ( DM1 ) and diabetes for 2 months group (DM2). The diabetic rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. The expression of myocardial MIF was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the normal control group, the expression of MIF in myocardium increased significantly in the diabetic groups, and the DM2 group was significantly higher than the DM1 group (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions As the disease progresses, the expression of MIF in myocardium of diabetic rats gradually increased, so MIF may partici- pate in the progression of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
