个体化饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床价值分析

目的探讨个体化饮食指导在妊娠期糖尿病治疗中的临床应用。方法将焦作市妇幼保健院2008年1月至2010年1月诊断为妊娠期糖尿病的158例产妇随机分为干预组（100例）和对照组（58例），干预组对其进行个体化饮食指导（应用实物交换份的方法），对照组给予口头指导饮食，比较两组产妇的妊娠结局，包括母婴并发症如妊娠高血压综合征、羊水过多、胎膜早破、早产、胎儿窘迫、剖宫产率、新生儿低血糖、死胎、巨大儿等。结果158例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇中干预组的母婴并发症明显低于对照组。结论对妊娠期糖尿病产妇进行个体化饮食指导，适时终止妊娠，能明显降低母婴并发症的发生。

Clinical value evaluation of individualized diet guidance in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the clinical application of individualized diet guidance in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods One hundred and fifty - eight puerperants, who were diagnosed as GDM from Jan, 2008 to Jan, 2010 in our hospital, were randomized to treatment group （n = 100） and control group（ n = 58）. The puerperants in the treatment group were given individualized diet guidance. And the ones in the control group were given oral diet guidance. The gestational outcomes, including the complications such as hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, polyhydramnios, premature rupture of membrane, premature delivery, fetal distress, cesarean rate, hypoglycemia of newborn, fetal death, fetal macrosomia, of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the treatment groups is lower than that in the control group. Conclusions The individu- alized diet guidance to the GDM puerperants and terminating the gestation at the right moment can reduce the occurrence of complications obviously.
