艾司西酞普兰治疗社交焦虑症的临床观察

目的研究艾司西酞普兰和舍曲林治疗社交焦虑症的有效性和安全性。方法将52例社交焦虑症患者随机分为艾司西酞普兰组与舍曲林组，每组24例，治疗8周，在治疗前和治疗期间采用Liebowitz社交焦虑量表（LSAS）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）来评定疗效，不良反应症状量表（TESS）来评价药物不良反应。结果艾司西酞普兰组有效率为87．5％，舍曲林组为83．3％，两药疗效相近。LSAS、HAMA减分率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。艾司西酞普兰组的起效时间快于舍曲林组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均有良好的耐受性。结论艾司西酞普兰是一种起效快、疗效好、安全性高的治疗社交焦虑症的药物。

Esctalopram in the treatment of social anxiety disorder

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of escitalopram and sertraline in the treatment of social anxiety disorder（SAD）. Methods Fifty - two patients with SAD were randomly di- vided into escitalopram group and sertraline group for 8 weeks. Liebowitz social anxiety scale （LSAS） and Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） were used to evaluate the efficacy, and the treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the side effects. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the mean scores of LSAS and HAMA reduced in both groups. The effective rate in escitalopram group and sertraline group were 87.5% and 83.3% respectively, and there were no statistically significant differences in the effica- cy between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. But it took effect more quickly in escitalopram group than in ser- traline group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Patients in both groups had good tolerance. Conclusions Escitalopram is an effective and well -tolerated drug in the treatment of SAD, and takes effect quickly.
