| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肌部室间隔缺损的外科治疗。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院心血管外科2009年6月至2010年9月经右心房路径治疗的15例肌部室间隔缺损患者的临床资料。结果患者于全身麻醉体外循环下，经右心房路径补片修补肌部室间隔缺损，避免了左心室或右心室切口，手术过程顺利，术后患者痊愈出院，复查心脏彩超示没有明显室缺残余分流。结论经右心房路径修补肌部室间隔缺损可以避免左心室或右心室切口对心室肌的损害，减少手术风险及并发症，利于术后心功能的恢复，能够取得较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of muscular ventricular septal defect （mVSD）. Methods The clinical datas of 15 patients with mVSD in our hospital from June 2009 to September 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Under the extracorporeal circulation machine, all the patients received the treatment through the right - atrial way, avoiding the cut through the left or right ven- tricle way, and were discharged from hospital successfully without obvious remnant shunt by color ultrasonography. Conclusions Treatment from the right atrial way, rather than the left or right ventricle way, can reduce the hurt and complications of the surgical operation, which is good to the recovery of patients. |
