高频电波刀电圈切除术治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效观察

目的观察子宫颈高频电波刀电圈切除术（LEEP）治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法对182例中度及重度宫颈糜烂患者进行LEEP超高频射频术宫颈环切治疗，观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后阴道排液量、出血时间及治疗效果。结果178例宫颈糜烂12周内一次性治愈（97．8％），有效4例（2．2％），平均手术时间（6．6±2．5）min，术中出血量〈10ml，术后1个月内有11例出现阴道出血，占6．04％，均无创面感染。结论LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著，手术操作简单安全、值得临床推广。

Clinlical effect of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure for cervical erosion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） for cervical erosion （CE）. Methods One hundred and eighty -two patients with cervical erosions above Ⅱ degrees were treated by LEEP, and the length of operational time, bleeding volume in the operation, amount of vaginal discharge after the operation, the length of bleeding time and clinical effect were observed. Results One hundred and seventy - eight cases （97.8%） were cured in 12 weeks, 4 cases （2.2%） were effective. The average surgery time was（6.61 ±2.54） minutes. The bleeding amount was less than 10 ml. 11 cases （6.04%） had the colporrhagia. No infectious case was found. Conclusions The curative effect of LEEP for CE is significant, operation is simple and safe, LEEP is worthy to be used in clinic.
