丙泊酚静脉麻醉下行无痛冠状动脉造影检查的临床应用

目的探讨丙泊酚静脉麻醉下行无痛冠状动脉造影检查的安全性与可行性。方法本组68例患者行丙泊酚静脉麻醉下无痛冠状动脉造影检查，并与相同例数常规冠状动脉造影检查的患者在脉搏血氧饱和度、心率、血压、耐受性等方面做一对比。结果本组患者均能顺利完成冠状动脉造影检查，无任何痛苦，且对检查过程无任何感知和记忆。结论无痛冠状动脉造影能减轻患者的痛苦，消除患者的紧张和不安心理，降低因迷走神经兴奋及交感神经张力增高引起的相关症状，防止冠状动脉造影中外周动彬冠状动脉痉挛及心血管事件的发生，使冠状动脉造影检查的适应证和复查率提高。

Intravenous anesthesia of propofol in painless coronary angiography

Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of propofol anesthesia in painless coronary angiography. Methods Sixty - eight patients with propofol anesthesia underwent painless coronary angiography, and compared with the same number of patients with conventional coronary angiography in Sp02, heart rate, blood pressure and tolerance. Results The patients could successfully complete the coronary angiography without any pain and without any sense of the inspection process and memory. Conclusions Painless coronary angiography can reduce the suffering of patients, eliminate mental tension and anxiety of patients and reduce the result of stimulation of vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve - related symptoms to prevent peripheral artery / coronary artery spasm and cardiovascular events from occurring during coronary angiography, which makes the indications and review rates of coronary angiography improve.
